Bioshock Infinite Gets October 16th Release Date

Since last years E3 fans of the Bioshock series were blown away from the trailer of "Bioshock Infinite" Since then we have all been wondering when Irrational games would give us a release date for it.

Well just today over at Irrational's official website it was announced that Bioshock Infinite would be hitting store shelves in the U.S. on October 16,2012 and with an international release date of October 19,2012.

Bioshock Infinite will be available on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and the PC when it is due to release. I can't wait to see the new direction that Irrational has set for the series and how things will all play out. Odds are we won't hear any more about the game until this years E3 but I think it is worth the wait for this title.

Asassin's Creed Box Art Unveiled

It's official my fellow game heads this is your new protagonist for Asassin's Creed III. Today Ubisoft revealed the box art for the upcoming entry in the Asassian's Creed franchise and it seems that the earlier rumors were correct. The character image and design match those that were leaked yesterday and it also reveals that the game will be taking place during the American Revolution.

Assassin’s Creed III Main Protagonist Character Leaked?

As we all know there have been many rumors going around the gaming community on which time period and where the new Assassin's Creed game will be set in. Well now we have a sleaked picture from a Best Buy employee of the new Character from the third installment of the series. Judging by the picture above it may seem like the rumors of the game being set during the time of the American Revolution.

Once again these are just rumors as of now so do take them with a grain of salt yet keep your ears and eyes on the web for we may just get a clear cut answer very soon.  In the photo you can clearly see some of the new weaponry our new protagonist will be using. These weapons include a bow and arrow, a musket and even a hatchet. Clearly of all these things have a high Native American influence in them so we might get the chance to play as a Native American of sorts.

I for one can't wait to see where all of this is headed and if the rumors and leaks are true. What do you think about all this news?

Noobz Movie Trailer

From the creative mind of Blake Freeman  and starring Jason Mewes (aka Jay from Jay&Silent Bob) comes a movie in which any gamer could relate to in one way or another. "Noobz" is the story of..

"A gamer clan made up of three luckless, aging gamers and an asthmatic adolescent, who are forced to "Frag Up" and road trip to Los Angeles in order to enter the Gears of War Championships."

Upon looking at this trailer I couldn't help but laugh my ass at the fact I have had encounters with other gamers just like in the movie while playing online games. The movie even has "Adam Sessler" from G4's X-play in it. After seeing the Sess man I know this movie is going to be one funny joyride.

Beyond The Bounds: Zone Of The Enders HD Collection To Be Released This Autum

Many of you who know me have heard me rant and rave over Hideo Kojima' "Zone Of The Enders" series. One might say i'm a bit of a "Super Fanboy" and have told  many of you on the GamerZitch podcast or just in person about playing this amazing game series. Well just today Konami has announced that the Zone Of The Enders HD Collection will be released on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 this autumn.

Yes dear god YES! Sorry for the display of joy but I've been waiting for Konami to either produce "Zone Of The Enders 3' or just update the current two series for my next gen-consoles. The Zone Of The Enders bundle comes with the original "Zone Of The Enders" and it's sequel "Zone Of The Enders: The 2nd Runner."

Martin Schneider, General Manager for Konami Digital Entertainment states...

"We are looking forward to bringing the legendary Zone of the Enders series to old and new fans in a high definition form." Schneider also goes on to say "We are excited to offer these games on new platforms which will allow gamers to experience the drama and action of the Zone of the Enders like they have never seen it before."

Thank you Konami for giving fans like me the chance to relive one of the greatest and underrated game series of all time. Now with that said and done I will leave you with my favorite song/intro to the "Zone Of The Enders" series... Enjoy!
