Mass Effect 3 Official Launch Trailer

With just a few short days away many gamers will call in work sick to play Mass Effect 3 on March 6. Just a few moments ago Bioware gave us this official trailer for the game and I must say it got my blood pumping.

It seems like Bioware has gone all out for Mass Effect 3 and I'm damn happy about that. The trailer shows snipets of the epic upcoming battles and trials we will face as Commander Shepard and crew. Are you ready for the final fight? Will you give it your all even if the outcome is death? I know i'm ready to go all the way if I must for I will "Take Back Earth" at any cost.

Bioshock Infinite Gets October 16th Release Date

Since last years E3 fans of the Bioshock series were blown away from the trailer of "Bioshock Infinite" Since then we have all been wondering when Irrational games would give us a release date for it.

Well just today over at Irrational's official website it was announced that Bioshock Infinite would be hitting store shelves in the U.S. on October 16,2012 and with an international release date of October 19,2012.

Bioshock Infinite will be available on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and the PC when it is due to release. I can't wait to see the new direction that Irrational has set for the series and how things will all play out. Odds are we won't hear any more about the game until this years E3 but I think it is worth the wait for this title.

Minecraft Officially Releasing on 11/11/11

With the success of Minecraft still on-going (and the fact that some people actually think they're playing a "full" game), it's finally getting something that's been long ovderdue, an official release date. After so long, with the game currently still in beta, it's about damned time it got out of that stage of development.

"It's a bit tricky to really do a release for Minecraft as we keep updating it all the time. For one, the version we deem as the "full version" won't be very different at all from what the game was like a week ago, and we'll keep adding features after the release as well, so it's really more of a milestone when we finally get rid of the Beta label, and some kind of goal for us to work towards. The plan is to be open with this and try to get people to cheer us on as much as possible, but to be open with the fact that the game won't change much at the actual release day," says "Notch," the creator of Minecraft.

Indie games have been going mainstream and Minecraft is without a doubt something that is inspirational to other indie devs. Indies do need to start off somewhere!
