New Transformers: War for Cybertron DLC Drops Today

Activision just released the second DLC pack for Transformers War for Cybertron. The new Downloadable content offers up two new playable characters, Zeta Prime and Dead End, as well as 5 new playable maps including two escalation maps: Pulse and Static. Pulse for the Autobots offers up waves and waves of Decepticon forces that grow increasingly stronger as you battle through the innards of the giant Trypticon, where as Static will allow the Decipticons to cunningly dismantle the autobot forces in a series of rooms littered with environmental traps.

The other three maps are standard multiplayer affair: Horizon, Sector, and Metropolis all of which serve the purpose of being awesome areas to thrash your enemies.

The second downloadable pack of content for Transformers: War for Cybertron is available now for 800 Microsoft points on Xbox Live, and $9.99 on the Playstation Marketplace.

Welcome to Gamerzitch.com

Hello gaming populace, and welcome to the new site with all that and more. This is Gamerzitch.com, I'm your editor-in-chief John Callahan and this site has been a labor of love for me. It's always been my dream to work on something like this. I grew up reading EGM, Game Informer, and watching G4TV, and I continue to this day with added sites like Giant Bomb, and Shacknews.

So this is something that I've had brewing in my head ever since I was a child and I'm just now able to go ahead and do it. I have an amazing crew who will be writing with me here on Gamerzitch, as of now we all may be relative no names but over time we hope to become a part of your daily lives. With me working on this site I have my good friends Allan Muir (Sr. Reviews Editor) and Adam Dargan (Sr. Preview Editor) as well as Simon Ringsmuth an incredibly avid gamer who also runs a movie review site "Walking Taco" who will be brining you all the newest gaming news.

This is our starting team but we hope to have more people join the Gamerzitch family as time goes on. Here at Gamerzitch we hope to provide you with all the gaming goodness you can possibly handle. We are going to have reviews and previews of all the games you could possibly want, late breaking news updated to the minute, strategies and tips for the games you love, we also plan to cover as many events as we can. E3, PAX, Comic-Con, Blizzcon, etc etc.

So now that you know what we here at Gamerzitch are all about we want to welcome you as we roll things out. Starting later today with reviews of "Limbo", "Mafia II", "Dead Rising: Case Zero", and "Metroid: Other M", as well as previews of "Tom Clancy's HAWX 2", and Platinum Games "Vanquish". Please let us know what you think, give us feedback in the comments section or our email gamerzitch@gmail.com. And with that I officially declare Gamerzitch.com as being launched.
