Real Life Prince Of Persia

Were you not satisfied with the abysmal Prince of Persia movie? Well then you are in luck for Israeli comedy group, Karahat decided to take it upon themselves and to make a "Real Life Prince Of Persia."

Karahat decided to go back to the days of old with and use the original Prince of Persia model from the days of the Apple II computer and wreak hilarious havoc upon unsuspecting citizens as the Prince roams around the city. I loved how Karahat payed homage to the orignal game and it's character right down to the 8bitish look. If you stick around to the end you will see a hilarious cameo from a well loved video game icon.

Check out more of Karahat's work over at their Youtube  comedy channel.

Bioshock Infinite Gets October 16th Release Date

Since last years E3 fans of the Bioshock series were blown away from the trailer of "Bioshock Infinite" Since then we have all been wondering when Irrational games would give us a release date for it.

Well just today over at Irrational's official website it was announced that Bioshock Infinite would be hitting store shelves in the U.S. on October 16,2012 and with an international release date of October 19,2012.

Bioshock Infinite will be available on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and the PC when it is due to release. I can't wait to see the new direction that Irrational has set for the series and how things will all play out. Odds are we won't hear any more about the game until this years E3 but I think it is worth the wait for this title.

! Out of the shadows and ready to stealth kill you out of nowhere Kojima Productions is gearing up to develop "the latest Metal Gear Solid targeted for high-end consoles and PC." The developer is looking for "Fresh new talent" outside of Japan to help shape and mold the new game for a franchsie me have all come to love.

Kojima Productions is going in the trenches looking for "engineers to help develop next-gen game engine technology for use with the FOX Engine." If you want to get in on the action and have the skills that can help "Snake" kill then the developer will be actively recruiting at next month's Game Developers Conference in San Francisco.

A list of the job listings can be found here for everyone to check out  on the official site.  Production on the next Metal Gear game will be developed in Japan and the United States. Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima has said in the past that he's interested in pursuing collaborations with Western developers which is why we are seeing this collab between the east and the west.

There are no details about the game as of now other than the artwork you see above. What are your thoughts on this news? Comment below and let us know what you think.

Hawken Goes Free-to-Play so sign up for the beta!

Recently Adhesive Games announced that it's mech combat fps game Hawken is now going to be free for the masses to play. Hawken drops on December 12, 2012 and that you can sign up for beta testing here. Honestly this is the first i'm hearing of Hawken but I was sold on "Mech Combat." What can I say i'm a sucker for all things mecha such as "Gundam" "Gurren Lagann" or just any giant killer kick-ass robot in general.

After looking at gameplay footage and hearing that it's free to play, I'm really thinking of picking up this title and letting the carnage and mayhem commence on my fellow combatants. Let us here at Gamerzitch know what you think about Hawken.
