Hulu Plus Available to (almost) All PS3 Owners Next Week

Hulu Plus, the premium subscription service which lets subscribers watch high definition movies and TV shows has only been available to PS3 owners if they were part of the Playstation Plus service.

That changes next week, as Sony Computer Entertainment America and Hulu drop the barriers on Hulu Plus meaning any Playstation Network users will have access to the content. Geography permitting, for the price of $9.99 USD you'll be able to stream all Hulu Plus content through your PS3.

Sony also announced that Hulu will also be able to stream through Bravia HDTV's as well as other Sony devices as time goes on, should you not have a PS3.

Hulu Plus will be available for the Xbox 360 next year.

Battlefield Play4Free Starts Tactical Maneuvers Spring 2011

EA announced Battlefield Play4Free this morning, a free to play premium title that will support 32 player online combat. The game will activate in Spring 2011 but signing up for the beta could have you playing as early as November 30. Aesthetically the game is a major departure from EA's last free to play game Battlefield Heroes which was colorful and incredibly cartoonish.

DICE's BP4F will combine maps from Battlefield 2 and weapons/classes from Battlefield Bad Company 2. Player will be able to drive 16 different vehicles including a Fighter Jet, and of course players will be able to level up skills or deck their soldier out with some cool stuff.

PSP go Price Cut In US and Japan

Sony announced today that the PSP go's price will be cut down this month as the gaming industry enters the ever crucial holiday season. The PSP go will now go for $199 (a drop from $250) in the US and 16,800 yen ($207) (a drop from 26,800 yen) in Japan.

Some speculate that the price drop is a factor of the PSP go being a major flop for Sony, and it's hard to ignore the fact that this news comes shortly after hearing a rumored price/release date for Nintendo's 3DS.

I bought and love my PSP go, but still had to whip out my old PSP 2000 just to play some Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep. What do you think, anyone else have a PSP go? If not will you pick one up for $200?
