The Witcher 2 is one of the greatest PC games to come out in recent years, the only problem is you need a top-of-the-line gaming PC to run it. Well since one of those babies can easily run you upwards of $2000 a lot of people willl miss out on this amazing game. Well that was true.
After toying with the idea of bringing The Witcher 2 to consoles, CD Projekt has finally confirmed that the game will be coming to the Xbox 360 later this year. Yes, this year.
CD Projekt--who broke the news at a pre-E3 event earlier today--says the game will be an "adaptation not a port" but wants 360 owners to get the "same experience as delivered to PC players," which includes many of the improvements the studio is giving the PC version.
The Xbox 360 version will be at E3, so we'll give you more info as we get it.
The spiritual successor to the wildly popular (and still popular) Rez, titled Child of Eden has some eyes set on it since the unveiling at Ubisoft's Press Conference during E3 last year. With rhythm games seem to be a dying genre, it's nice to see that Japanese developers are still wanting to develop games like that.
Releasing for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 is pretty damn awesome and definitely be amazing to see it on a brand, spanking, new HDTV is something to really look forward to, unless you're looking to get it on PS3 and expecting to get it on the same day it gets released on Xbox 360.
Originally reported by IGN, announced for both to release on the same day, June 14th, yesterday, Ubisoft announced that the PS3 version has gotten pushed back, unfortunately. There has been no official date just yet, but it sure is a bummer to hear that both version aren't coming out together
Honestly, I used to play the old Sonic games when I was younger at friends' houses and I loved it. I was actually one of the few who had a Sega Saturn and played the hell out of Sonic 3D Blast and even owned Sonic Adventure on the Dreamcast. Now, we all know that fans have been really uptight about the beloved blue hedgehog, but with the recent announcement of Sonic Generations, it's really something to look forward too.
SEGA just released a new gameplay trailer for Sonic Generations, where Modern Sonic and even Classic Sonic go revisit Green Hill Zone. Check it out!
Sonic Generations is set to release on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 later this year.
It's been a little while since we heard of anything about id's upcoming title, RAGE. The last time we actually saw or really heard that much from it was last year's Electronic Extertainment Expo, otherwise knows as E3 2010. With people going goo-goo-gah-gah since then, it's hard not to constantly watch every single detail about this game.
Thankfully, id software has release a new gameplay video, which could be released every now and then as a gameplay series of videos, with a setting that we haven't seen before; Dead City. With mutants living in the stranded city, we get to see some of the hardcore action and cool gameplay mechanics that have been implemented. Check it out!
