90% of Gamers Unhappy with Mass Effect 3's Ending

Recently, gamers have been in an uproar about how they feel that the Mass Effect 3 ending(s) are/were unsatisfing and don't actually take your choices into account.  There is a large Facebook/Twitter movement with over 25,000 backers so far, which you can find on facebook as Demand a better ending to Mass Effect 3 and @retakeme3.  There was also a poll put up on Bioware's website, which found that an alarming 90% of gamers were not satisfied with the ending, and only a mere 2% were.

As this "protest" of sorts goes on, it'll be interesting to see what the outcome is.  Because I've never once heard of people protesting that they wanted a company to change an ending to a movie that's already been released (unless it's on some sort of "we find this unappropriate" group, but I digress) and while with the magic of updates and DLC it would be possible for Bioware to add endings to Mass Effect 3, it would really be surprising.  Depending on how this turns out, it really could be a turning point in the industry, so we can see just how important fans' happyness is to companies like this.  This is also the first time (or atleast the largest time) in which an entire gaming community took to the internet in uproar about a game's ending, and demand change.  We at Gamerzitch will definitely keep a sharp eye on this movement and continue to update our website as it progresses.  To wrap this up, here's a quote from the #RetakeMassEffect movement, which shows that this is more of an organized protest that it is a fan flame war.

Bioware is a business if we can make them understand that by using the current endings they alienate (no pun) their customers, and destroy the replay ability of the trilogy they are hurting their profits we CAN bring about a change for the better.
Description
The #RetakeMassEffect movement does not in anyway condone attacks or insults on Bioware, EA, Bioware employees, or anyone associated with them. We are not here to make enemies. We are here to show a company that their devoted fanbase has been hurt, and alienated with some of their actions, and to ask for an explanation, and hopefully a solution.

Several members of the ME team are suffering from attacks on their Twitter and social networking sites. Rude, and inflammatory remarks are UNACCEPTABLE. Anyone found to be contributing to such activities will be removed from the #RetakeMassEffect movement without warning.
And to finish this off, here's a video which I find to best explain the unhappy fan's stance in a intelligent, yet comical way. *Spoilers*

Mortal Kombat Vs. Street Fighter: EPIC FLASH MOB!

Words cannot express how amazing and hilarious this video is.... Oh wait those exact words are in the title of this video and that word is EPIC! Youtube users Riot produce this awesome nugget from the net and I must say it had me at hello. I kind of never knew what to fully expect upon seeing the video and I must say it was well worth the surprise.

From seeing some of my favorite Street Fighter characters such as, Ruy,Ken,Chun-Li and Akuma get their boogey and groove on against Mortal Kombat faves, Lu-Kang,Scorpion,Goro and many more. See this is the type of hilarious things I wish my friends and I did more of because this is golden.

Special thanks to a good friend and fellow nerd RadNerd for sharing this crazy yet epic video. Show him some love for he is awesomely nerdtastic as well.

The Rumor Mill: Ultimate Marvel VS. Capcom 3X?

In the gaming community Capcom is known for releasing sequels to it's popular fighting game franchises year after year. Well if the rumors are true then it looks like we will be recieving another edition of the ever so popular 'Marvel Vs. Capcom 3' series.

News of the rumor and the above picture was posted on Neogaf by a gamestop employee with the following claim:

"Hey all - there's a listing for a new marvel vs capcom 3 version in the computers here at gamestop.
ULTIMATE MARVEL VS. CAPCOM 3X - "Expand the ultimate experience. 8 new challengers join the fight!"
Here's a listing for July 3 for a dlc voucher @ $14.99 and July 24 for a packaged disc version @ $39.99.
not sure if i can post this, but this is what they're using for the placeholder."

Now of course this is all just a rumor and anyone can photoshop pictures these days so take this with a grain of salt. I have to say I kinda don't believe or just want to believe that this is true. The reason being, as much as I love Capcom they really need to cut the bullshit and stop making expansions of expansions of games and trying to have us pay half price was essentially the same friggin game. Honestly just either make DLC for your fighting games or just have us unlock it all on the game disc. Not just that but you also just gave us 'Street Fighter X Tekken' so I'm surely not going to be putting up the money for another 'Ultimate Marvel VS. Capcom 3 expansion.

Only time will tell if the rumors are true but until then  sit back relax and keep your fighting sticks and controllers warmed up. Capcom is going to take us for another wild ride.

For those of you familiar with the work of "Thousand Pounds" Action company than you know they produce top notch short films from their "Naruto" inspired short film to those filled with Martial arts mayhem. Well now those same guys  over at "Thousand Pounds" have brought us this little gem inspired by the just released Street Fighter X Tekken.

Street Fighter: The Devil Within begins with Ryu struggling to take control  of the darkness which rages inside of him trying to get free. As Ryu is trying to  subside and control  the "Satsui no hadou" it gains the attention of Tekken bad ass Kazuya Mishima who inherits the "Devil Gene."

As the Devil Gene tempts Ryu in his mind to let go and give in, Kazuya sees this as a chance to take control of Ryu and the destructive power of the "Satsui no hadou" that rages inside him. Who will win and become the victor in this ultimate battle of power?
