InFamous 2 Getting User Created Missions

At GDC this year, Sucker Punch has announced that their upcoming title for the Summer, InFamous 2, will include User Created missions for online players. Remind you of a certain game? Of course it does, heh, but that doesn't mean that it'll be a rip-off! From what we know, it's kinda more free-roam rather than LittleBigPlanet's "do whatever the hell you want" feel.

Chris Zimmerman of Sucker Punch says "We think this is an opportunity for people to become famous and for them to become famous for the cool levels they put in the game."

As far as what kind of missions can be made they range from defense missions, escort missions, search and destroy missions, survival and much more that have yet to be announced.

With user created games becoming the new thing, there will be a beta that will obviously give players their first taste in what a wide ranged free-roam game can give to players. The beta is set to launch somewhere in April, but Sucker Punch is giving details on their official website for the game on how to get in the beta on March 14th.
