River City Ransom 2 in Development

Japanese developer Miracle Kidz is developing "Downtown Nekketsu Monogatari 2." You may know that better as River City Ransom 2.

Yes, the sequel to the insanely popular 1989 NES beat-em-up is coming to consoles sometime this summer, in Japan.

River City Ransom 2 is being developed by staff members who worked on the original game. Currently there is no planned release for the US, but it's hard to believe that it won't make its way over here at some point.
