Is Sony Creating Their Own Smash Bros. Video Game?

It appears Sony is working on their own version of Smash Bros., the popular fighting game from Nintendo. SuperBot Entertainment apparently is developing this game which has been given the code name Title Fight. It would feature many well-known Sony mascots, including Uncharted's Nathan Drake, Twisted Metal's Sweet Tooth, Killzone's Colonel Radec, Fat Princess, God of War's Kratos, Sly Cooper, and even Parappa the Rappa. Also, SuperBot Entertainment employees tweeted pictures in regards to their next project, like the Sweet Tooth one used in this article. On top of that, SuperBot's level designer Chris Molina mentioned that the PS3 commercial "Michael" was "vaguely foreshadowing" his studio's "soon to be announced title". Could this mean we'll see Sweet Tooth battling against Sly Cooper soon? Only time will tell.
