Dead Space 2: Severed DLC releasing March 1

Since Day 1 of release, Visceral Games has confirmed that DLC would be released for the successful survival horror game, Dead Space 2. We hadn't seen very much since, besides a "Questions with Steve" vdieo, with the one and only Steve Papoutsis (Executive Producer) showed us a very small glimpse of what's in store.

Earlier today, EA and Visceral has confirmed a release date for the DLC, which is March 1st! Only a week away I might add, ha! With that, there's also a trailer that has been released. Take a look!

As far as details ago, it's going to be 2 chapters long and will include characters from Nintendo Wii's and the Playstation 3's port, Dead Space: Extraction; Lexine Murodoch and Gabe Weller. It will be available on Xbox Live Marketplace for 560 Microsoft Points and the Playstation Network for $6.99. Unfortunately, PC gamers are out of luck since it won't be released for those owners, as stated by an EA rep as a response to another website, VG247

Also, reported by G4TV, there will be 3 armor packs available to download for Isaac the same day "Severed" gets released, which will be at the pricepoints of 400 Microsoft Points for Xbox Live and $4.99 for the Playstation Network.

I'm going to do myself a favor now and play through Dead Space: Extraction

L.A. Noire was originally developed exclusively for the Playstation 3, but is now set to release on Xbox 360 as well. It is developed by Team Bondi and published by Rockstar Games.

Hail to the King, Baby! Duke Nukem Forever gets a new trailer & ships May 3rd!

The Duke is back, guys! After years of delays when it was in development at 3D Realms, GearBox Software who is now in charge of the game has officially announced that Duke Nukem Forever will be available on May 3, 2011.

GearBox Software had become the new developer behind the long overdue title in the series when it made its playable debut at the Penny Arcade Expo 2010 in Seatle, Washington.

With the announcement of the release date, GearBox Software has released a new trailer along with it. The over the top trailer was shown at PAX 2010 to attendees, but due to it not coming out until now was the fact that it was a bit to "extreme". We do however have a censored version, but it's better than nothing!

Duke Nukem Forever had originally begun development at 3D Realms in 1997. After delays and numerous game engines used, 3D Realms had laid off staff and closed down due to lack of funding on the game. Take-Two sued 3D Realms for not completing the game, but the lawsuit has since been settled. GearBox became the new studio to finish development on Duke
