Sony Updates PSN User Agreement To Prohibit Class Action Lawsuits

Today Sony has updated the Playstation Network user agreement to block the company from being targeted by class action lawsuits. Users will have the option to opt out but each person must send a written notice to Sony within 30 days of accepting these new terms. So be prepared to make up your mind about which option to choose since this will be the first thing you encounter when logging into the PSN.
